Educational Help
The CSI Immanuel Church supports many students by way of providing uniforms, text books, umbrellas, stationery and fees to needy students, irrespective of denomination or religion.

Medical Help
The CSI Immanuel Church supports many persons in need of medical attention by bearing the full or part of the medical expenses. The payment is invariably made directly to the hospital or institution and the help is rendered irrespective of denomination or religion. To date the CSI Immanuel Church has provided medicines to the needy and supported many who required chemotherapy, radiation, dialysis and surgery. Contributions may be sent in favour of CSI Immanuel Church - Education Fund

Poor feeding


The CSI Church feeds approximately 150 people every Friday morning between 7.30 and 8.30 am. Food is served in the porch of the church and is open to all comers. The cost per day comes to about Rs.2,000/-

Poor Fund
This fund supports all other activities of the church related to the poor in the city. The CSI Immanuel Church has provided support to many people as and when required such as providing kitchen utensils and bed sheets when the Santhome Colony burned down. Other help has been in the form of providing permanent roofs for the houses of the poor, crutches for the crippled, tyres for vehicles of the handicapped and the like.

The CSI Immanuel Church supports many students by way of providing uniforms, text books, umbrellas, stationery and fees to needy students, irrespective of denomination or religion.

Home based care for HIV children
The CSI Immanuel Church supports about 40 children afflicted by HIV. Money required for food and medicines are sent by money order to their homes. School going children are also provided text books, umbrellas, stationery and fees, irrespective of denomination or religion.

This support costs about Rs.3,600 per annum for one child.
